Its All About Journey - Weight Loss | Fat Loss | Health 1

Everyone that we’ve met in our lives had some unique characteristics; nobody is the same. Every single human being is different in behavior, body type, or personality.

All traits be it physical or mental are determined and influencedd by a variety of forces.

For example, genetics play an obvious role in physical appearance.

In addition to genetics, factors like nutrition, society can also influence body size and shape.

Society can often influence body shape as well—typically, what is culturally ideal has an impact on how individuals strive to look.

Another example of body diversity is the fact that two people can be the same height, engage in the same amount of exercise, eat the same diet, and still be different sizes or weights.

Fitness Results Are Different for Everyone

Each individual has a different set of goals of being fit. We all have different definitions of leading a healthy lifestyle.

Various factors such as lifestyle, body type, genetics, possible medical issues, or even age, potentially influence the speed of results.

Successful methods of achieving the best results require approaching each individual differently.

Differences in Goals

All of us may vary in terms of behavior and attitude or goals. Some aim for fat loss, some aim to gain muscle. Someone wishes to compete in sports event whereas others wish to be able to live life with ease, being disease free.

Can the Same Diet Help Everyone?

journey6

Even though each individual has a different set of goals, at the end of the day, we all are descendants of homosapiens.

There is only one way of eating and that benefits all.

Variation and the emergence of the foods industry gave rise to a number of metabolic disorders.

Foods purpose was to provide us with nutrients, its sole purpose was to nourish. Howwever, with industrialisation, capitalism and globalisation, the food industry has turned into an entertainment industry.

The ketogenic diet is suitable for each individual and it treats all conditions and diseases. It’s human nutrition because it gives us protein for structure and fat for power energy.

A lion doesn’t get bored of eating the same kind of animals, over and over. A horse doesn’t get tired of eating grass. Similarly, a hen wouldn’t mind eating worms all her life.

Same way, human beings aren’t supposed to be consuming foods that arent natural.

Agriculture is a man made. It came into existence 10,000 years ago. Our earth is 2.5billion years old and fat and protein are the reasons that we are here, today.

Nature has always given us a package of food. Fruits were only consumed during the season because they aren’t essential for surviving. Eggs came in with the perfect fat: protein ratio. The white consisted of protein, and the yolk comprised of essential fats. Milk had an ideal fat: protein ratio (cream and milk). Animal meat with a layer of skin (fat and protein)

Similarly, nature salted the sea because salt is vital for the functioning of our bodies.

Conclusion

Yes, we all are different but we all need the same kind of food to heal, repair and grow.

In fact, the ketogenic diet is recommended for people who have cancer, diabetes, or even epilepsy. If it benefits them, it is undoubtedly fitted for individuals who don’t suffer from any disease.

The low carbohydarte diet is the answer to all your issues, be it muscle gain, fat loss, improving energy levels, maintaining your body, curbing your cravings or even stabilising your body functions.

It also shows potential improvements in conditions of PCOS, thyroid or even skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis

A low carbohydrate lifestyle can be tailored to fit all your needs. Everyone can have a choice of foods they’d like to consume in fat and protein, but the macros remain.

Things to Remember For All

Avoid Comparison

Journey1

Avoid comparing your body with your friends’ bodies or the people you see in advertisements or on your favorite TV shows.

If you do start to compare yourself to others, try to remember that we are all naturally different which means we all have special qualities about us.

Make a list of some of your strengths. What do you like to do? What makes you unique? Avoid stressing on the things you don’t have control over.

Treat your body with respect.

journey4

Treat your body like a temple, not a woodshed. The mind and the body work together. Your body needs to be a good support system for the mind and the spirit. If you take good care of it, your body can take you wherever you want to go.

Train Smarter Not Harder

journey2

Challenge – your body is capable of so much more than you realize. Create a fitness regimen and write it in ink in your planner.

Strengthen your bones – with weight training.

Keep it limber – Whether you stretch five minutes before and after your aerobic activities or engage in pilates or yoga.

Get Enough Rest.

Make sure to give your body 6-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

Turn off the computer at least an hour before bedtime, eliminate distractions that will keep you awake.

Listen

different1

Eat what you want when you are starving. Stop when you’re full.
And eat exactly what appeals to you. Do this instead, and you’re likely to maintain a healthy weight and avoid different eating disorders.

Listen to your body, while your body may have become accustomed to too much sugar and this needs to be adjusted, it is also important to listen to it when it comes to knowing what it needs.  Each body is different.

Take the time to listen and get to know your body and you will never be led astray.

Love Yourself.
