BOOTCAMP

CrossFit is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level.

These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, hinging etc.

Many workouts feature variations of exercises, basically it’s mixture of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Calisthenics, Gymnastics and Fitness Kickboxing. These last for predetermined amounts of time to help build muscles and lose fat.

REINCARNATION 30

This is an appropriate plan if you want to test out the results for yourself and see how your body is adapting to our plans.

  • Meal & workout monitoring will make sure that your implementation is correct. It can get challenging to follow the given plans correctly, but everyday monitoring removes the chances of error.
  • Upto 3 plan revisions will make sure your intensity grows as your body adapts to the change.
  • 24×7 support, along with three video call workout sessions to introduce you to healthier lifting.
  • Video exercises so that you can follow the right form with video analysis.
