How do I start?

Message us on WhatsApp or fill the enquiry form. We will understand what you are dealing with and walk you through everything after that.

Is this paid?

Yes. It is a paid, personalised coaching program. We explain everything clearly after your enquiry.

Is the coaching online?

Yes, fully online. Everything runs through your private WhatsApp group and video calls, so you can be coached from anywhere.

Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We coach women across India and internationally.

Is it right for me?

I have a thyroid condition, not PCOS. Can you help?

Yes. We work with PCOS, PCOD, thyroid and general hormonal fat loss. The plan is built around what your body is actually doing.

Do I need a gym?

No. Your plan is built for whatever you have, home or gym, and matched to your schedule and body.

How much weight will I lose in 90 days?

We focus on fat loss and visible change in your inches, not just the number on the scale. Results depend on your genetics, medical history, previous attempts and, most of all, your consistency.

Your Nutrition Journey Master and Workout Journey Master build it, and Gaurav personally checks every plan before it reaches you.

How many clients do you take each month?

A maximum of 10 new clients each month, since coaching is personal and hands on. Message us to check current availability.

What do I get in the ₹1,999 consultation?

A 45-minute call with a Nutrition Journey Master, plus a starting plan built around your body. It is a one-time session, with no ongoing coaching or check-ins attached.

Does the ₹1,999 count toward BLESS 90?

Yes. It is fully redeemable. Apply for BLESS 90 within 7 days of your call and the entire ₹1,999 is credited toward your program.

Will I get BLESS 90 pricing on the consultation call?

Yes. We share BLESS 90 pricing before the call ends, so you leave knowing all your options. There is no pressure either way.

How do I book the consultation?
